Total-E-Sports Cares

In hopes of doing something positive in both my own life and the lives of others, I have decided to run in the 2011 Walt Disney World Half Marathon. This is not a decision that I enter to lightly, and yet a challenge that I truly look forward to.


As part of this goal I have decided to found Total-E-Sports Cares, in order to raise money for Give Kids The World. For those unfamiliar Give Kids the World is a not for profit resort that allows children with life threatening illnesses and their families a chance at a magical vacation all while continuing to get the attention they need.

It is my hope that together we can help provide many memories for these children and perhaps some time for their families to rest and enjoy time with their kids.

Please Join Total-E-Sports and myself in making these goals a reality.

These children are counting on us to help, and I will not disappoint.

“Will you Run for Me” By Kate




Will you run for me tomorrow? Will you run for me?
I am six years old now.
I love to dress like a princess.
Mommy says I’m too young to go to Disneyland.
She says we will go when I’m older.
I want to be older now.


Will you run for me tomorrow? Will you run for me?


I’m in Kindergarten now and learning to read and write.
I love to run and play with my friends.
It feels as if life will go on forever.


Will you run for me tomorrow? Will you run for me?


I don’t know it now, but when I am eight years old I will be diagnosed with leukemia.


Will you run for me?


The cancer treatments are terrible. I don’t feel well.
Mommy says the drugs are killing the bad cancer cells.


Will you run for me?


I just want the pain to stop.
I want to feel good and happy again.


Will you run for me?


My daddy said that you will run for me.
He said that you will raise money so that we can go to Disneyland.
